Hi, there. I have a quick post today with some projects created for PTI's monthly blog hop challenge. I love the combo of blush and neutral in this month's inspiration photo:
Here's my take on the challenge:
I used Sweet Blush, Fine Linen, Canyon Clay, and Memento's Angel Pink Ink to create my background.
Those sweet little acorns and sentiment are from PTI's new Give Thanks stamp set. Love it!
Another take on the challenge:
I used Papertrey's Water Color Wonder paper and the sentiment is from their 2016 Anniversary set.
The butterfly is from PTI's Life is Beautiful.
Thanks for stopping by!
Both cards are beautiful but I esepcially love the first one! My out is out for delivery today and I can't wait. Which tyoe of Watercolor Paper did you use. The texture helps make this even more stunning!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Vicki! I used Ranger's Distress Watercolor Paper. I watercolored my paper by inking up an acrylic stamp block, misting it with water, and then smooshing it on the paper. I think that is why some of that texture showed through
DeleteOh, these are both lovely! Wonderful takes on the inspiration photo!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful duo, Vicki! Love the sweet acorns too!
