Papertrey Ink 2016 Anniversary Challenge

Hi, there.  Playing along in Papertrey Ink's Anniversary Challenges.  I must admit, I am WAY behind and will be posting out of order.  Hopefully, I can catch up.  Either way, I cannot wait to see your creations!

This challenge is dedicated to 2016.  I decided to use Painted Petals since so many of the DT's projects took my breath away with this set.

Here's my take:

I used Winter Wisteria, Autumn Rose, Scarlet Jewel, and Lemon Tart inks to create these bright beauties.

Papertrey Ink 2009 Anniversary Challenge

Hi, there.  I am playing along with Papertrey's Anniversary Week Challenges.  I fell in love with some of the projects created with the 2009 Simple Valentine set.  Unfortunately, I do not own it.  I decided to draw my inspiration from some of the lovely projects showcased with this set. 

I used Limitless Layers: Hearts and Twig Wreath to create the layered hearts.

The sentiment and background are from Choose Joy.

Hooray, It's Your Birthday!

This week's Make it Monday with Amy turned out to be a fun challenge.  We were tasked with creating some fun stamped dangles on our projects....such a cute idea!

Here's my take on the challenge:

I started off by using Script Swirls in Sweet Blush to create my background.  The dangles I created came from a variety of sets:  Holiday Folk, Party Pops Kit, and Script Swirls.

I used Calligraphy Classics and Hooray Stamp Sets for the sentiments.

I decided to use Papertrey's Wreath for All Season to create my card.

I love this sweet little set.

Happy Monday!  I hope everyone had a great weekend.  We were busy with baby showers, dinner guests, and soccer games and our days off seemed to just fly by!

I used PTI's Limitless Layers: Heart Stitches Dies along with Pure Poppy and White Basics Paper to create the hearts.

Baby, It's Cold Outside!

Playing along with Lizzie over at Papertrey Ink's Make it Monday Challenge.  She created the most adorable spinner card and has a very helpful tutorial if you are interested in playing along.

Here's my take on the challenge:

I immediately knew I wanted to use a snowflake as my centerpiece.  We don't get any snow out here in the Phoenix area but it's been extremely cold all week (thirties, haha!) so I thought I would use that as an excuse to pull out some sweet little flakes!  A girl can dream...

I loved Lizzie's aqua and red card so I didn't stray too far from her from her color scheme.

Isn't it fun?

I used Snowflake Medley, Quilted Winter, and Christmas Cheer to create my card.

Oh, deer!

Happy Sunday!  I am joining (last minute) Merry Monday's Card Challenge.  I have been trying to craft all week and my kiddos had other plans for me!  This week's challenge was to use a reindeer in our project.  There are so many adorable entries so make sure you stop by and check out the Merry Monday Blog!

I created my card using Papertrey Ink's Tinsel and Tags set. 

I don't think there will ever be another set that I cherish as much as Tinsel and Tags.

Isn't he such a cutie?   

I added fine glitter to create a little winter wonderland for him to hang out in.
