SAF 2015: Runway Challenge

Hello, again!  Up now is a card for Papertrey's Stamp-A-Faire Runway Challenge.  Let's just say this card won't be making it down the runway anytime soon.  I don't know what it was about this challenge but I didn't pull it off the way I wanted to.  Perhaps I can rework for the 'Make it Work' Challenge.
